A plan gives you credits every day. There are three.

Every plan runs the same model with the same features. Vision, thinking, web search and tools are on everywhere. The plan decides how much you get a day, not what you get.

How the daily credits work

Your credits arrive at 00:00 UTC and are gone at the end of the day. They do not build up. A day you do not use is not saved for later.

The number of messages is a guess, not a rule. A typical message costs about one credit, but length is the price. Short questions cost less. Pasting a long document and asking for a long answer costs more. The meter in the chat box tells you what is left.

When the day's credits run out you are not cut off. Anything further comes out of your credit balance, so topping up is the way to keep going on a heavy day.

Buying a plan

Plans are paid for in USDC on Solana. No card, and no credits.

  1. Go to Plans and pick a plan and a length. You can buy 1, 3 or 12 months at a time.
  2. The page shows the exact amount and your deposit address. Send that amount of USDC to it.
  3. Press check for payment. The plan starts as soon as the money lands.

A month of Pro is 12 USDC. A month of Max is 30 USDC. Three months of Pro is 36, a year is 144. The amount on the page is always the whole price of what you picked.

It is the same address you top up credits with, and the same check. While a purchase is waiting, USDC arriving there counts towards the plan instead of buying credits.

You can send it in more than one transfer. Each one is held against the purchase, and the page shows how much has arrived and how much is left. The plan starts on the transfer that completes the price. Anything over the price becomes credits at 500 per dollar.

A quote is good for 24 hours. If it runs out before the full amount arrives, everything you have sent is added to your balance as credits at 500 per dollar, there and then. The same happens if you cancel the purchase, or pick a different plan instead. Money that arrives is never lost.

A purchase you have not completed can be cancelled on the Plans page. Picking a different plan replaces it, so there is only ever one amount to send.

When the month ends

The plan runs out and you go back to Free. Nothing is taken from your balance, and there is no subscription to cancel because there was never anything on file. The Plans page shows the days you have left and sells you another month whenever you want one.

Changing plan

Moving up happens straight away. You pay the full price of the new plan, and the time left on the old one comes across as extra days at the price ratio. Half a month of Pro left when you buy a month of Max is 6 extra days, so you get 36 days of Max for 30 USDC.

Moving down waits. There is no refund and nothing to convert downwards, so the month you paid for runs to the end and then you buy the cheaper plan. The Plans page will not let you pay for it before then.

Buying the plan you are already on adds months to the end of it.

Order things are paid for

When you send a message, we spend in this order:

  1. Today's plan credits, or your Free daily credits.
  2. Your staking allowance, if you have one.
  3. Your credit balance.

The daily credits go first because they expire. Your balance does not, so spending it first would throw the day's credits away.

Without a plan

Signing in gives you the Free plan. There is nothing to buy and no trial that ends.

You can also use the network without a plan at all, by topping up credits and paying per message. A typical message costs about a credit, so a few dollars goes a long way. Plans are cheaper per message, which is why they exist.
