Earnings
Workers earn money in two ways: USDC for completed jobs and $GENKAKU performance rewards.
USDC earnings
You earn 70% of the USD value of credits spent on every job your worker completes.

How it works
- A user sends a message and spends credits (about 1 credit per message)
- Your worker processes the job on its GPU
- The orchestrator calculates the credit value in USD
- You receive 70% of that value in USDC
Example: If a user spends 10 credits ($0.01) on a job, you earn $0.007 in USDC.
Viewing earnings
- Desktop App — the Earnings section shows your USDC income and $GENKAKU rewards in real-time
- Website — go to genkaku.app/settings → Worker tab → Earnings
Withdrawing USDC
- Go to genkaku.app/settings → Worker tab → Earnings
- Enter your Solana wallet address
- Click Withdraw USDC
- Minimum withdrawal: $1.00 USDC
USDC is sent on the Solana network. No transaction signature needed — the server sends it directly.
$GENKAKU rewards
$GENKAKU is the network's performance-based reward token. You earn $GENKAKU based on how well your worker performs, independent of USDC earnings.

Idle rewards
Even when your worker is not processing jobs, it earns $GENKAKU idle rewards for staying online and available. The longer your worker stays connected, the more it accumulates.
Token value
$GENKAKU is a memecoin that will be tradeable on exchanges. The token price is shown in the Desktop App Dashboard and on the website. You can view the current price and 24h chart in the $GENKAKU Market section of the Dashboard.

Browser workers and other worker types are not currently active on the network. Only Desktop App workers using native GPU are supported.
Tax considerations
USDC earnings are real income. You are responsible for reporting earnings to your local tax authority. GenKaKu does not provide tax advice or withholding.
Maximize your earnings
- Stay online — the longer your worker runs, the more jobs it gets
- Keep the app in focus — don't minimize or background the app
- Use a fast GPU — higher tok/s means more jobs and higher rewards
- Stable internet — disconnects mean missed jobs
- Keep Ollama running — the app needs Ollama to process jobs
